# Account Creation

> How to create and set up your account on GREENZERO Journey

This guide explains the process of creating and setting up your account on GREENZERO Journey.

## Access Management

  Access to journey.greenzero.eu is temporarily managed via Cloudflare Access. Users need to be
  whitelisted by our support team before they can access the platform.

## Account Creation Process

The account creation process involves several steps:

### 1. Email Whitelisting

Before you can create an account, your email address must be whitelisted by our support team:

1. Contact [support@greenzero.eu](mailto:support@greenzero.eu) to request access
2. Provide your email address and a brief explanation of your intended use
3. Wait for confirmation that your email has been whitelisted

  Only whitelisted email addresses can proceed to the next steps. This is a temporary security
  measure.

### 2. Bare.ID Account Creation

Once your email has been whitelisted:

1. You can create your own user account in our Bare.ID authentication system
2. Complete the registration form with your details
3. Verify your email address
4. Set up a secure password

### 3. Organization Setup

After creating your user account:

  Your account must be linked to an organization by our support team before you can start using
  GREENZERO Journey.

1. Contact [support@greenzero.eu](mailto:support@greenzero.eu) to request organization setup
2. Our support team will create a separate organization for your account
3. Your user account will be linked to this organization
4. You will receive confirmation when this process is complete

## Getting Started

Once your account has been created and linked to an organization, you can:

* Log in to GREENZERO Journey
* Set up your profile
* Begin exploring the platform's features
