This guide explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data afterward.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

At this time, the only way to delete your account is to contact our support team. Please reach out to [email protected] to initiate the account deletion process.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • All your personal profile information - Your activity history and preferences - Any comments you’ve made across the platform - Your personal documents and settings - All personal information associated with your account
  • Organization data and structure (account deletion does not delete the organization) - Anonymized usage data for analytics purposes - Any content you’ve shared publicly that others have referenced
  • Records required for legal and compliance purposes

Data Removal Timeline

After your deletion request is processed:
  1. Immediate: Your account becomes inaccessible
  2. Within 30 days: Your personal data is removed from our active systems
  3. Within 90 days: Your data is removed from our backups
Some information may be retained for legal, security, or business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
