Organisation Creation Process

Currently, organisations in GREENZERO Journey can only be created by our support team. This ensures proper setup and configuration for each new organisation.

How to Request a New Organisation

If you need a new organisation created:
  1. Contact [email protected] with your request
  2. Include the following information:
    • Organisation name
    • Primary contact person
    • Business purpose for using GREENZERO Journey
    • Any specific requirements or configurations needed
  3. Our support team will review your request

Organisation Setup Timeline

  1. Initial Review: Our team reviews your request (1-2 business days) 2. Organisation Creation: Support creates your organisation in our system 3. User Association: Your user account is linked to the new organisation 4. Confirmation: You receive confirmation when your organisation is ready 5. Access Granted: You can now access GREENZERO Journey with your organisation

Organisation Structure

Each organisation in GREENZERO Journey:
  • Has a unique identifier
  • Can have multiple members (added by support)
  • Has its own data storage and settings
  • Can manage its own projects and resources
Organisation settings and structure are configured during the creation process by our support team based on your requirements.
