Organisation Deletion Process

Currently, organisations in GREENZERO Journey can only be deleted by our support team. This ensures proper data handling and cleanup during the deletion process.

How to Request Organisation Deletion

If you need to delete your organisation:
  1. Contact [email protected] with your request
  2. Include the following information:
    • Organisation name
    • Reason for deletion
    • Confirmation from an authorized administrator
  3. Our support team will review your request
Organisation deletion is a significant action that affects all members and data. Make sure this is the appropriate course of action before proceeding.

Organisation Deletion Timeline

  1. Initial Review: Our team reviews your deletion request (1-2 business days) 2. Verification: We verify the request is from an authorized administrator 3. Data Backup: Optional backup of critical data if requested 4. Deletion Process: Support initiates the deletion process 5. Confirmation: You receive confirmation when your organisation has been deleted

What Gets Deleted

When an organisation is deleted:
  • All organisation-specific settings and configurations - All projects associated with the organisation - All data stored within the organisation - All member associations with the organisation
User accounts are not automatically deleted when an organisation is deleted. Members will need to request separate account deletion if desired.

Data Retention Policy

Some information may be retained for legal, security, or business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy, even after organisation deletion.
